With the ever changing styles, technology and materials of bicycles today, the new premium fork mount carrier Thule Sprint has been designed to solve annoying carrying challengers that bike riders face. It combines convenience and patented safety technologies, making it the most complete fork mount carrier for maximum bike protection. This new model is an impressive redesign of our current Thule 561 OutRide.

To fully understand the problems bike riders face when travelling with bikes, the new Thule Sprint bike carrier has been developed in close collaboration with bicycle manufacturers.

With Thule Sprint you don’t have to worry about over tightening the bicycle to the bike carrier as it is equipped with an integrated automatic torque adjustment and feedback system. When the bike is tightened to the carrier, a gas cap makes an audible noise and clicks out to indicate that it has reached an optimal holding force and that it is properly secured to the rack. To make sure no damage is done to the bicycles sensitive rims while fastened on the roof, Thule Sprint is equipped with shock absorbing elastomers imbedded in the wheel chock support to help absorb road shock and vibration.

Thule Sprint is designed to be installed into the load bars t-track slots for a very low and integrated fit and fast, easy and tool-free installation and removal. The new fork mount carrier is also designed to fit virtually all bike sizes. A telescoping wheel tray telescopes in and out for a custom fit to bike and vehicle and it also allows for better hatch clearance and rear vehicle access when not in use.

• The AcuTight knob “clicks” when optimal hold is reached controlling the torque going into the bike frame and ensuring the bike is secured to the rack.
