Welcome to roofracks.co.uk website dedicated to absolutely everything Thule and Rhino, including roof bar systems, roof boxes, bike racks, water and winter sports carriers, luggage and all associated products. The Roof Racks team has been selling the entire Thule range for over 40 years and, as a result, has amassed considerably more experience with the products than virtually all other dealers put together!  Much of this knowledge is built into our website, which we hope you will find to be user-friendly, intuitive, and most importantly informative. The founders retired in early 2025, the business has been taken over by John Jordan Limited, and the Roof Racks premises at Borough Green in Kent has now closed.  The new owners have admired the Roof Racks business for all the years they have been trading in car rack systems - since 1997 - and are committed to continuing the Roof Racks ethos of giving outstanding customer service first and foremost. I contacted the company with a request for a specific part of the locking mechanism for my roof boot, sending some pictures.  We then discussed it on the phone and they were mega helpful.  Said they did not have the part in stock but were getting a delivery next week of what they believed I needed.  They emailed me the next week to confirm delivery and gave me the part number.  Exactly what I needed.  I then had another phone chat re. the lock to fit the mechanism.  All parts provided really quickly.  My roof boot is now back in order.  Great service and product knowledge. - Nicola Weatherill
