Adapter 9394 for fitting the Thule VeloSpace XT 3 to cars with an exterior spare wheel - Takes the place of one bike

The Thule 9394 spare wheel adapter for Thule VeloSpace XT 3 makes it possible to fit a tow ball mounted bike carrier to 4x4 type vehicles with the spare wheel mounted on the rear door. You will lose one bike space with the adapter in position.

The Thule VeloSpace XT 3 939 with Spare Wheel Adapter 9394 is the only tow ball mounted cycle carrier compatible with the New Land Rover Defender.  The trunk needs to be in the open position and the carrier fully tilted during installation.  Please call us on 01732 884408 to discuss the mounting procedure in more detail before ordering for this vehicle.

Carrier can only be fitted with rear door open.  To close the door the carrier needs to be tilted forwards	Once fitted the rear door can be closed and the carrier tilted back into the upright position	The carrier can be tilted forwards to allow good access to the boot with or without bikes
