I contacted the company with a request for a specific part of the locking mechanism for my roof boot, sending some pictures. We then discussed it on the phone and they were mega helpful. Said they did not have the part in stock but were getting a delivery next week of what they believed I needed. They emailed me the next week to confirm delivery and gave me the part number. Exactly what I needed. I then had another phone chat re. the lock to fit the mechanism. All parts provided really quickly. My roof boot is now back in order.
