Roof box deliveries: Please note there will be no reliable deliveries of roof boxes between Tuesday 23rd December and Monday 5th January inclusive. Therefore if you need a roof box before New Year you should choose Express delivery and order no later than 1pm on Friday 19th December.
Orders for roof boxes placed after 1pm on Friday 19th December will not be despatched until Monday 5th January.
Deliveries of products excluding roof tents and roof boxes: Orders (except roof boxes and roof tents) placed between 4pm Friday 19th and 4pm Tuesday 23rd will be despatched on the 23rd, with express delivery orders expected to be delivered on or around Tuesday 30th.
Orders (except roof boxes and roof tents) placed after 4pm on Tuesday 23rd December will be despatched from Monday 5th January; Express orders should be delivered by Tuesday 6th January, and other orders should be delivered from Wednesday 7th onwards.
Important: Please note that deliveries in the run up to Christmas holiday period are generally less reliable than at other times of year. Please therefore allow one extra day for delivery, before contacting us to ask about your order. In any event you can track your delivery from the e-mail link we will send you.
