Just place the bike on to the aluminium tray, lift the frame holder into place, twist the tension knob and connect the quick release wheel straps and you are ready to go. 

The curved shape of the tray is not only a design feature; it has a really useful purpose to make fitting as simple as possible. Simply place the front wheel on the "downhill" slope and the bike automatically rolls into position and rests against the frame holder. An added advantage of the ProRide is that it self adjusts to fit the cycle's down tube and because of its protective rubber coating, it cannot damage the bike. 

Security is provided by two locks - one to lock the bike to the carrier and the other to lock the carrier to the roof bar. The Thule ProRide is equally suitable for transporting mountain bikes, racing cycles and children's bikes.
