Thule's The Way I Roll Film Series Nominated

the way i rollThe lifestyle film series created around the launch of the new Thule bike bags and accessories, Thule Pack 'n Pedal, has been nominated for one of Europe's top awards for communication and PR, the European Excellence Awards. Over the past year, The Way I Rollfilm series has attracted considerable international attention in connection to the launch at the world's largest bicycle trade show, Eurobike, in August 2012. But also in connection with several Bike Film Festivals (BFF) and the International biking communities.

For the global launch of Thule Pack ‘n Pedal, Thule asked the filmmaker Peter Sutherland to shoot six documentaries about bike culture. The film series, named “The Way I Roll”, takes you on a journey from Guatemala to a coast-to-coast experience featuring American bike pros, bike builders and enthusiasts – shot at close quarters in their home landscape.

The Way I Roll is now nominated for one of Europe's top awards for communication and PR, ”European Excellence Awards”. The European Excellence Awards were established in 2007 to honor the finest efforts from the world of European communications and public relations. The Awards are hosted by Communication Director Magazine. An international jury of around 30 esteemed communications specialists with extensive experience in leading European agencies and organizations will evaluate the entries and honor the most outstanding achievements of communications professionals in their field.

On December 5th, the winners of European Excellence Awards will be announced at the prestigious Gala Ceremony at the Postpalast in Munich, Germany.
