The very best has just got even better with the introduction of the new Thule 591 ProRide roof mounted cycle carrier! It is so simple to use having a self-adjusting frame holder which allows you to load and unload a bike in an instant with all securing done at roof height. Just place your bike on to the lightweight aluminium tray, lift the frame holder into place, twist the tension knob and connect the quick release wheel straps and you are ready to go.   The curvy shape of the tray is not only a design feature; it has a really useful purpose to make fitting a bike as simple as possible. Simply place the cycle's front wheel on the "downhill" slope and the bike automatically rolls into the correct position and rests against the frame holder. An added advantage of the ProRide is that the frame holder self adjusts to fit the cycle's down tube and because of its protective rubber coating will not damage the bike.

Security is provided by two locks - one to lock the bike to the carrier and one to lock the carrier to the roof bars.

The Thule ProRide fits both square and aero bars.

How many cycles can I fit?

Q. Will the ProRide be suitable for my bike?

A. The ProRide fits oval shaped down tubes up to 100mm deep x 80mm wide and round down tubes between 22 and 80mm diameter.

Q. Will the ProRide be suitable for my roof bars?

A. The ProRide brackets will fit around rectangular shaped roof bars up to a maximum of 65mm wide. They will also fit directly into the Thule aero bars T Tracks as standard.

New for 2006 is the Thule 530 FreeRide which sports a strong frame holder and roof rack mounting points as well as locking points to enable the bike to be locked to the carrier and the carrier to be locked to the roof rack. The 530 FreeRide is suitable for both square bars and aero bars.

The new 561 OutRide fork mounted cycle carrier takes all types of frames including bikes fitted with disc brakes. An easy snap on fastener allows ultra quick fitting and security is provided by two locks.

The 560 wheel bag protects your cycle wheel during transportation and storage. Extra internal reinforcement protects the spokes and hub. There is even an inside pocket for small tools. A strong nylon handle provides easy carrying. All in all a great accessory for the Thule OutRide.
