BackPac Cycle Carrying System

The Thule 973 BackPac offers a really secure way of carrying bikes on the rear of estate cars, hatchbacks, mpv's and 4x4 vehicles.  By using a fitting adapter, which is designed to fit the particular vehicle, the BackPac is attached in a raised position to the tailgate or rear door without the use of straps. A major advantage is that it is possible to open the rear door or tailgate with the BackPac fitted. The standard unit carries up to two bikes with the option of a third and fourth bikes to be carried. A lock is included to lock the bikes to the rack. The optional 567 frame lock enables the carrier to be locked to the vehicle.   An ever-expanding range of adapters often makes it possible to transfer a BackPac to another vehicle without major expense.

ClipOn rear mounted 3 Cycle Carrier

The Thule ClipOn 9103/9104 is the perfect answer for safe and stable transportation of up to three cycles. Quick simple fastening allows it to be snapped into place ready for use. The cycle frame holder is made of rubber to protect the bikes and all parts that come into contact with the car are also coated with rubber for extra protection. The ClipOn can be folded up for ease of storage. The tailgate or hatchback can be easily raised without needing to remove the carrier.

ClipOn "High" keeps the rear lights visible

The ClipOn "High" allows two bikes to be mounted high enough to keep the number plate and lights visible. Also, as with the ClipOn, the ClipOn High folds up for easy storage. The tailgate or hatchback can be easily raised, even with the carrier attached.
