The Thule 579 canoe carrier carries a Canadian type canoe in the inverted position. Two 400 cm straps are supplied for safely securing the canoe. A lock can also be added with the optional 538 cable lock. The 579 can also be used to transport dingies.

Please note that the 579 Inverted Canoe Carrier is only available to fit square bars and will not fit aero bars.
