I am writing to thank you for the very efficient service I received when I ordered a Thule roof rack and cycle carriers from you.

The order was placed by phone on Wednesday at about 12.15p.m. and was taken by a very helpful person who's name I failed to catch at the end of the call. The goods arriveds at 8.15 a.m. the following morning, an indication of the prompt processing and dispatch of the order by yourselves and of the efficiency of the delivery service you use.

Just a short note to express my thanks for your excellent service. On Friday morning I contacted you by telephone to order a Thule Rapid Fit roof bar system and three cycle carriers, all with matching key locks. For a mere £5.95 carriage I was told I should receive them by Tuesday - no problem I thought. Hence on receiving a package yesterday morning (Monday) at 0830 I was absolutely delighted. Everything was there as ordered and after half an hour or so was fitted together and on the car - brilliant!

I was looking round the shops for a roof rack system and could not get the correct fittings for my car due to having to order a specific part. I then found your website and searched for the items I required and the correct fittings for my vehicle. I saw that you did next day delivery which I would benefit from as I was due to go on holiday in two days.

I ordered and asked for a phone call if there were problems with fitting what I had ordered to my vehicle. At midday I received that phone call and you kindly amended my order to suite my vehicle. The following day I fitted the delivered goods to my vehicle in plenty of time to go on my holidays.

Just a quick e-mail to say thanks for the help you provided to us yesterday to solve the problem of the 751 feet not fitting one of our 860 aero bars. I am writing to thank you for the impressive service provided by your company in completing my order. My initial contact was through an Internet search for roof bars and boxes and I found your site significantly more informative than any of the others. However, given the unusual shape of the vehicle (a new VW Beetle) I was unsure about the suitability of roof boxes and did not wish to order online.

My expectations of the telephone follow up was quite low, given the usual experience with mail order or Internet based companies. However in this case my concerns were utterly unjustified as the member of staff I spoke to (Tim) not only answered all my questions immediately nut provided further valuable insights which had not occured to me. His understanding of the product range and the benifits and issues with the various options were an immense help to me.

To follow this up with next day delivery of the whole consignement at the best price I've seen and, as promised, a big smile from the delivery driver made the experience exceptional for me. I'm only sorry that this sort of purchase is one I make very occasionally but I'll certainly recommend you to my colleagues and family.
